• To develop and implement methodological programs on professional development and sustainable quality improvement.
  • To qualify and train employees on the effective use of modern technologies in quality assurance processes.
  • To conduct research and studies, and to organize seminars, symposia, and workshops on the center’s area of specialization.
  • To participate in planning for human resources by providing and preparing requirements lists of human resources in terms of numbers and quality.
  • To support and implement Quality & excellence Council’s programs of developing and improving staff performance.
  • To plan and follow up the total quality programs of the university.
