ومن أهم نتائج البحث:

1- تميزت قراءات الضحاك الشاذة عن غيرها بأنها لا تخالف الرسم العثماني، وهذه ميزة عظيمة.

2. إن أسباب الخلل في قراءات الضحاك الشاذة تتعلق بالإسناد فقط؛ They are in the space of the infrequent or weak anomalous.

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.

هذا البحث بعنوان: "إعجاز النظام القرآني، الأدلة والدلالات"، يجيب على عدة تساؤلات، منها:

1-          ما هو القدر المعجز للقرآن الكريم؟

2-          هل إعجاز القرآن الكريم يقتصر على بنياته فقط؟

3-          ما هو موقف اللفظ القرآني والفاصل القرآني من المعجزات؟

كما يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن جانب من جوانب إعجاز القرآن الكريم المتمثل في إعجاز الترتيب القرآني، كما يسلط الضوء على بعض النماذج التي ذكرها العلماء والتي تكشف عن إعجاز الترتيب القرآني، وتدعو إلى التدبر في القرآن الكريم، مما يسهم في الوصول إلى تدبر القرآن الكريم، ومعرفة بعض أسراره، والتعرف على جوهر إعجازه.

وقد قدم هذا البحث بمقدمة تضمنت أهمية البحث وأهدافه وخطته، واعتمد في البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي والوصفي والتحليلي.

بدأ البحث بتحديد المصطلحات ذات العلاقة بالبحث، ثم خصص موضوعاً خاصاً لتوضيح مفهوم الترتيب في اللغة والاصطلاح، مع بيان أنواع الترتيب عند العرب وموقع الترتيب القرآني عندهم.

ثم بينت في المبحث الثاني أنواع الإعجاز في ترتيب القرآن، وجاء الحديث فيه عن الإعجاز في ترتيب الحروف، والإعجاز في كلمات القرآن، والإعجاز في الفاصلة القرآنية، مدعماً كلاً من هذه المباحث بالأدلة والدلائل.

وانتهى البحث بخاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج وهي:

1-          إن القول الذي ينبغي اعتماده في الجانب البلاغي الإعجازي للقرآن الكريم هو "الترتيب" "النظم"، ويندرج تحت هذا الجانب كثير من الأقوال التي قيلت في الجانب البلاغي.

2-          وتظهر ثمرة الإعجاز البلاغي السابق في تطبيق ذلك على آيات القرآن الكريم، وقد وردت في البحث نماذج رائعة من أئمة هذا العلم، والتأمل فيهم وفي أمثالهم يؤدي إلى تذوق حلاوة القرآن.

3-          إن إعجاز الترتيب القرآني من أعظم مظاهر الإعجاز التي يمكن الاستعانة بها للرد على المعترضين في القرآن الكريم.

  ثم قمت بعمل الفهارس.

وأخيراً أسأل الله أن يجعل هذا العمل خالصاً لوجهه الكريم، وأن يكتب لنا التوفيق والأجر في الدنيا والآخرة، إنه ولي ذلك والقادر عليه.

This study aimed to identify the source of knowledge in the Islamic conception and the philosophical and positivist doctrines through two doctrines: the rational philosophical doctrine and the experimental sensory philosophical doctrine, given their importance and presence in the cognitive reality and their great influence on philosophical thought. A descriptive analytical approach used to achieve the objectives of the study. This study reached several results, the most important of which is that the Islamic perception of the source of knowledge is the revelation of the Holy Qur’an, the written book of God, and the universe, the created signs of God, the signs of the horizons and souls, and it is the scattered book of God. It has lost its value, and that the source of knowledge for the sensory experimental doctrine is the sensory experience. They also denied the existence of any knowledge prior to experience and denied the innate mental principles. For the Islamic rooting of the sources of knowledge and how to apply them in contemporary reality, and to contact those in charge of educational curricula and urge them on what distinguishes the Islamic perception from other philosophical doctrines with regard to the theory of knowledge and its sources

 

Intellectual property is as old as humanity and surrounds life like a bracelet surrounds the wrist. It has great importance in establishing a prosperous economy, advancing a vibrant society and achieving the goals of an ambitious nation through its various types and forms. Perhaps the dedication of the research to trademarks is justified, as the attack on them has reached a great level, due to their high material value that sometimes exceeds the budget of some poor countries. By examining the practical reality, we find that there is a discrepancy in the texts of the articles of the agreements, laws and regulations governing them, and this has resulted in a difference in the rulings and decisions issued by the competent authorities.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is witnessing, a great development in all aspects of life and this has created a different organizational reality about intellectual property in general and trademarks in particular, which makes it very important to delve into it and stand on its most prominent developments. The current research has reached findings in light of which recommendations were formulated, including the Saudi Trademark System [1423H] and the Trademark Law (System) of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries [1435H] were both issued by royal decree and in the event of a conflict, the rulings of the later prevail over the former.

Among the research recommendations is that it may be appropriate to reconsider the criminal protection of trademarks, as the penalties stipulated in the governing systems are insufficient in type and amount do not achieve the purposes of punishment in general deterrence and are not commensurate with the extent of the attack.

 

The study covers the hadeeth of the division of the Muslim nation into 73 parties. With contents as follows:An introduction, the study's Importance, a thesis, and two chapters, followed by a conclusion, results, and a bibliography. The first chapter is concerned with a critique of the hadeeth with regards to transmission under 13 headings. The narration of each companions critiqued on its own. The 14th heading involved a summary of the opinions of scholars with regards to the previous narrations. The conclusion was reached that the narration is authentic and widespread in narration. The 15th heading covered a fabricated version of the narration which reads, "All deserve Paradise except one..

The second chapter is concerned with understanding the contents of this hadeeth. The meaning of division was made clear, as well as the difference between division and difference of opinion. The causes of division were also listed. A definition of the Muslim nation was given. as was the difference made clear between the nation in the sense of those accepting Islam and the nation in the sense of those called to Islam. The phrase “All deserve the Fire” was explained and definition and characterization was given for the Surviving Sect. And my Allaah mention our Prophet with commendation along with his family and companions and may he preserve them.

 and after: This is a research I called B: (Lisp letters between the ancient readers and the applications of the modernists), in which I knew the lisp, and mentioned its causes, and showed the methods of processing it among the ancient readers and what was applied by the modernists of intonation and sound scholars Then I mentioned the letters in which the lisp was mentioned when readers and a total of fifteen letters, in which I showed in detail the occurrence of lisp in this letter when scientists of intonation and language, and then studied the lisp in the most important characteristics of the letters Althia lisp out, namely: lisp in what described repetition and deviation, lisp in what described whistling, lisp in what described outbreak, built in these detectives how to occur lisp and how to avoid it among the ancient readers and applications of modernists. At the end of the research, I concluded the most important results: Lisp: Converting a letter to another position of the exit approaches, for a known reason, disappear with knowledge, training and exercise, that the lisp is not specialized in certain letters, but is in everything that replaces, which is the opinion of modern sound and reading scholars, that the lisp in the letters is due to two main reasons: either a functional defect, or a performance defect, treats the lisp in the letters, which is a performance defect in exercise, training and member sports, and in the modern audio lesson and speech centers for the treatment of lisp methods Certified   Keywords: (Lisp - ancients - readers - applications - moderns)
