- It assumes responsibility of ceremonies, advertising, employees travel procedures, and issuance of university cards (academic staff - employees - laborers).
- Reporting on internal administrations news and establishing good relations with them.
- Highlighting senior Administrations’ activities.
- Cooperation with the University's academic and administrative units in implementing their programs.
- Meeting and seeing off university guests.
- Carrying out travel bookings procedures.
