About Department:
Vision
The General Department seeks to perform the tasks entrusted to it in the manner that suits the U of HQIS, since it is considered to be the window through which Administrative affairs communicates with the university departments and even with departments, institutions and individuals outside the university.
Mission
- To provide fast services in transfer and delivery of mail and correspondences.
- Follow-up, renewal and termination of real estate contracts leased by the University, in addition to follow-up claiming dues of such rents with the financial administration.
