• To state clearly the evidence for the reality that the Holy Quran is the last, divinely preserved and immortal revelation of Allah to all people, and that the Holy Quran is the dominant book over all revelations and knowledge.
• To convey and disseminate the Holy Quran and Sunnah on the basis of a sound epistemological method aiming at guiding the worlds through a wise scientific discourse for revealing the Book of Allah’s characteristics including rhetorical and universe i'jaz (inimitability) of the Qur'an, and the greatness of Allah’s creation.
• To apply the Quran and Sunnah ahkam (injunctions) on people’s life and to disseminate religion jurisprudence and good morals in the community.
• To authenticate knowledge including human, physical and professional theoretical practical sciences at various disciplines through an epistemological methodology that integrates revelation facts and facts acquired from observing norms of Allah the Almighty in the universe, nature, life and human.
• To develop methods of teaching and memorizing the Holy Quran in addition to authenticating Sunnah.
• To focus on printing the Holy Quran and its audio recording in accordance with the famous qira’at (readings) of the Quran.
• To develop qualified researchers in knowledge of the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
