Deanship of Teaching the Holy Quran

    It is the deanship which carries out the supervisory responsibilities of teaching and memorization of the Holy Quran following the scientific method set by the specialized scientific councils. It is also responsible for granting Holy Quran Memorization certificates for Hafadha (students who have completed memorization of the Holy Quran) after examining them. The administration of this deanship is also concerned with developing and updating means of teaching the Holy Quran in addition to conducting research in this area. The Deanship of Teaching the Holy Quran is considered to be one of the most important deanships at the University of the Holy Quran and Islamic sciences because it is entrusted with implementation of two essential educational tasks:  teaching the Holy Quran and the university requirements. Having such status, the Deanship of Teaching the Holy Quran is the university’s heart and soul, and educational trustee.
