Tuesday 24 April, 2018- Activities of Training Course No: (12) for Development of Academic Staff Performance have started at the Center for Professional Development at the U of HQIS.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayyib, head of Programs Department at the Center for Professional Development, said that the course targeted the university’s academic staff members and those aspiring academic staff career, pointing out that the training course aims at developing professional competence of using teaching methods and technologies, learning about university teaching ethics, and qualities of growth at various age stages. In addition, the course targets introducing quality assurance and accreditation standards; methods of curriculum design, development of the sense of time and benefiting and learning form international experiences in the field of open and distance education.

Dr. Al-Tayyib added that the course includes a number of topics that contribute to the development of the University academic staff members.
