About Department:
At this department, a student is offered comprehensive study that includes the sciences of Fiqh, schools of thought, rules and origins of Fiqh. This department is distinguished by extensive study of the branches of Islamic Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) in addition to the courses concerned with the practical application of Fiqh in real life such as bank transactions, qualifying students for performing legal auditing of the work of Islamic banks, and the jurisprudence of contemporary Zakat (legal Islamic Alms) and its different roles.
Study at this department also includes the Holy Quran, Sunnah and its Sciences, Islamic jurisprudence and its different branches, its schools of thought and Imams, in addition to a number of sciences that meet the needs of students which are also stated in this prospectus.
